When will I receive my order?

If you are in the US, about 5-7 business days. Please allow us 2 business days to make your jewelry and then 2-4 days for shipping. 

How should I care for my jewelry?

For plated jewelry:

Remove jewelry when getting wet and avoid contact with perfume, lotions, oil, etc. Store jewelry in a jewelry box or plastic bag. Avoid jewelry cleaner or polishing clothes. Use a toothbrush and mild soap to clean any residue. 

For sterling silver jewelry:

Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Silver will oxidize/tarnish over time, but can be brought back to its original glory with a silver polish or cleaner. 

Can you leave out the invoice so I can ship it directly to the gift recipient?

Yes, we do not include an invoice on any order- instead please refer to the invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order.
